Park Authority Announces Grand Prize Winner of Myrtle Beach Golf Package.
Prince William, VA (July 5, 2011) - The Prince William County Park Authority announced the Grand Prize Winner of the Myrtle Beach Golf package. Golf enthusiast, Scott Stevenson, won the two night stay at Marina Inn at Grand Dunes, Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. Mr. Stevenson entered the golf contest at General's Ridge Golf Course. "I shot my very first hole in one at General's Ridge Golf Course about 10 years ago" said Mr. Stevenson, "Prince William County Park Authority golf courses have always been very good to me."
Included in the Grand Prize package are a three bedroom suite, a $200 gas allowance and one round of golf for four, at the Grand Dunes Golf Course, Myrtlewood Golf Club and Pine Lakes Country Club.
The Park Authority held the golf contest over a ten week period, beginning April 18, 2011, at Forest Greens Golf Club, Generals Ridge Golf Course and Prince William Golf Course. Interested golfers were encouraged to fill out entry forms, limit one form per day, with the winning entries selected through a random drawing on corresponding Mondays. Weekly prizes were presented to those selected during the 10 week contest. All entries were eligible for the Grand Prize drawing at Week Ten.
